"I contacted my insurance agent to add additional services to my existing policy. It was nice to hear a live person on the phone as opposed to having a bot. "BEWARE OF FRAUD, FALSE QUOTES, FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES! Mary Streb quoted me an incorrect amount for my 6 month premium for my auto insurance. It went up another $150 on my bill in my account. I reached out about it and she told me it was due to an address change. However, that amount was never included in the initial quote she provided me. I paid my 6 month premium in full. Then a few weeks later, I received a bill for another $300. She told me it was another additional amount added on for the address change. This was after I had already paid my premium in full. I asked about canceling my policy and she said I would not receive a refund in full, and she had no idea how much i would be refunded. DO NOT TRUST STATE FARM WITH YOUR MONEY! They will give you an incorrect quote to scam you into renewing your premium and then bill you more later on!! I never would have renewed with them had i known how much I would be paying for auto insurance."
